✨ Deen aur Duniya Saath Saath — Gratitude: The True Treasure of the Heart
---
My journey and your journey are one and the same — towards our final destination!
We are all walking this path by the command of Allah.
This life is like a race — time does not care whether we stop or move, it keeps flowing towards its end.
Shaytan keeps using his tricks, trying to push us away from Allah’s path.
But we — the ones who have joined this small caravan — are in search of our Lord.
---
My companions! Remember — if you take even one lesson from this series so far to heart,
no power in this world can misguide you away from your Lord’s path.
Today, I am placing another precious gem in your hands — Gratitude!
This gem is not mine — my Lord is sending it to you through this weak servant.
Who am I to give anything to anyone?
It is only Allah who can take a simple servant and make them the means for something special.
---
🌙 Gratitude — Light on the tongue, Powerful in effect
Gratitude… such an easy word to hear!
But whoever truly recognizes its power,
even Shaytan fears to stand against him.
✅ Gratitude makes Allah your Friend.
✅ Gratitude cools down Allah’s anger.
✅ Gratitude turns an ordinary person into someone special.
✅ No power in the world can defeat a grateful person.

📖 Message from the Qur’an
Allah Almighty says:
> “And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.’”
(Surah Ibrahim: 7)
And He says:
> “What would Allah gain by punishing you if you are grateful and believe?”
(An-Nisa: 147)

🌙 The Inspiring Story of Prophet Ayyub (AS)
Prophet Ayyub (AS) always thanked Allah.
Allah had blessed him with every blessing — wealth, gardens, children, good health — he had everything.
Shaytan said to Allah:
“He will of course be grateful — You have given him everything. Take it all back, and then see what he does!”
So Allah tested Prophet Ayyub (AS).
His gardens were destroyed, his wealth was lost, his children passed away,
and a severe disease struck him — wounds and insects on his body.
Everyone abandoned him, except for his loyal wife.
Yet Prophet Ayyub (AS) never complained. He always said:
“Alhamdulillah! Whatever my Lord wills, that is what’s best.”
Years later, Allah said to Shaytan:
“Did you see My servant?”
Then Allah restored Prophet Ayyub’s health, blessed him with children again, and gave him back even more gardens.
➔ Lesson: Not receiving a blessing, or having it taken away — both are tests.
True success is to remain grateful in every situation.

🌙 Our Condition Today
Today, our connection with Allah is limited to our wishes.
If He gives us something, we’re happy — if He doesn’t, we complain, we neglect our prayers!
A small thing doesn’t come our way, and we become upset with Allah?
Why do we measure Allah’s love with such petty things?
Look at the Prophet ﷺ — the most beloved of Allah —
He tied stones to his stomach, was exiled from his home,
read the books — see what hardships he faced!
Yet he never let go of gratitude.
Today, we have homes, food, and peace —
yet if one small wish is not fulfilled, our hearts become restless.
Why don’t we reflect?
If one thing is missing, thousands have already been given!
Our bodies, our breath, our hands, our feet —
all these are blessings from the same Lord.
---
🌙 Practical Steps — Make Gratitude a Part of Life
Decide today — make gratitude a part of your life!
✅ After every prayer, say “Alhamdulillah” at least three times.
✅ Every night, think of three blessings and thank Allah for them.
✅ For what you didn’t receive, remind your heart: there is hidden goodness in it too.
✅ Convince your heart: “Whatever my Lord does, that will be the best!”
---
🌙 A Grateful Tongue
Remember — getting a grateful tongue is not difficult!
Train your tongue to be grateful.
Saying “Alhamdulillah” three times is a treasure — but sadly, we don’t value this treasure today.
Just saying “SubhanAllah” plants a tree in Paradise —
A tree so huge that a horse could run in its shade for 70,000 years and still not cross it.
---
🌙 Final Message & Du’a
Make a promise today —
Let gratitude be the light of your life.
If you get something, be grateful — if you don’t, be even more grateful —
and then watch how this gratitude turns your life into a paradise.
The light of gratitude will brighten your heart so much that you will say:
“If only I had been grateful before, my life would have been so beautiful!”
O Allah! Make us grateful servants,
grant us contentment,
make us value Your blessings,
and make us worthy of
Your mercy.
Ameen, Ya Rabbul ‘Alameen!
