Deen and Dunya Together – Part 7
🌿 Where Is the Peace of the Heart?
(Deen aur Duniya Saath Saath: Dil ka Sukoon Kahaan Hai?)
---
🌿 The Journey of Life Continues... But Why Is the Heart Restless?
Life continues to move forward no matter the circumstances, but today, every soul is restless. Despite achieving worldly success, peace of heart remains elusive. Every person is searching for peace.
Some think they’ll find it in intoxicants or the pleasures of sin.
Some chase after comfort by obeying their desires.
Others believe wealth, fame, or power will bring them inner peace.
But the truth is...
---
❓ Questions We Must Ask Ourselves:
What is true peace?
Can the pleasure of sin give peace?
Can worldly luxury truly satisfy the heart?
Can following our desires bring contentment?
Is there a correct way to seek peace?
---
🕊️ Body and Soul: Peace Is Not Just a Physical Issue
Just as the body needs food, rest, and energy, the soul too requires nourishment and strength.
If one part of the body is in pain, the whole body feels it — peace disappears.
Likewise, when the soul becomes weak, the heart fills with anxiety, worry, and unease.
But we often don’t understand this spiritual pain. We seek outward solutions, while the real cure lies in turning to Allah.
---
🧭 Where Does the Soul Find Peace?
Our soul has been connected to Allah from the very beginning — when He created us, taught us knowledge, and breathed His light into us.
At that moment, we made a promise:
> "Alastu birabbikum?"
"Qālū balā"
“Am I not your Lord?”
They replied: Yes, indeed!”
(Surah Al-A'raf, 7:172)
This divine covenant is the soul’s original strength. When we drown in sins and forget our Lord, the soul becomes restless.
It longs to return to Allah — and this inner yearning is the real reason we feel no peace.
---
🌟 Where Is the Peace of the Heart? The Qur'an Has the Clear Answer
> "Alaa bi dhikrillahi tatma'innul quloob"
“Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find peace.”
(Surah Ar-Ra’d, 13:28)
This verse is the ultimate answer we’ve been searching for.
Peace is not found in sin, fame, or wealth —
It is found in prayer, Qur’an, dhikr, and sincere closeness to Allah.
---
📖 A Blessed Hadith
The Prophet ﷺ said:
> “Be in this world as if you were a stranger or a traveler.”
(Sahih Bukhari)
This hadith teaches us that our true home, true comfort, and true peace lie in the Hereafter.
In this world, peace is only possible when the heart is connected to its Creator.
---
⚡ Shaytan’s Trap: “You Are a Sinner, Allah Will No Longer Want You!”
Shaytan first pushes us into sin, then tries to drown us in despair. He whispers:
> “You’re a sinner now. What’s the point of praying, reading Qur’an, or remembering Allah? He’s angry with you.”
But this is a deception from Shaytan!
The reality is:
> ❗Committing a sin is a mistake —
But giving up on Allah, abandoning prayer, and refusing to repent afterward…
That’s an even greater mistake!
---
Allah Himself says:
> "O My servants who have wronged themselves! Do not despair of Allah’s mercy. Surely, Allah forgives all sins."
(Surah Az-Zumar, 39:53)
---
💡 The Way Forward: Returning to Allah After Sin Is the Wisest Choice
There is no shame in turning back to Allah — in fact, it is the greatest victory.
The one who cries after sin, repents sincerely, and remembers Allah with a trembling heart...
Becomes a beloved servant of Allah.
> Whoever finds Allah… finds peace.
---
✅ Practical Advice
Want peace in your heart? Build a strong connection with Allah through dhikr.
Let go of following your desires — embrace the worship of your Lord.
If you sin, don’t run away. Run toward Allah in shame, humility, and hope.
Peace doesn’t come from the marketplace —
It flows from the verses of the Qur’an, the prostrations of prayer, and the beads of remembrance.
---
🏁 Final Message
The secret of true peace doesn’t lie in therapy alone or in the dazzling distractions of this world —
It lies in closeness to Allah.
Life’s journey will continue…
Let us all begin the correct search for peace —
> Through Allah’s remembrance, repentance, the Qu
r’an, and building a deep connection with Him.
