🌙 Faith and the World Together – Part 3
Can repentance truly earn the pleasure of the Lord of the Worlds? Can Tawbah (repentance) defeat Shaytan?
❤️ Life Changes Through Allah’s Love and the Power of Repentance
In our journey of "Faith and the World Together," if we begin to slowly remove jealousy, hatred, malice, and arrogance from our daily lives, then this very life can become a reflection of Allah's mercy.
Allah loves His servants immensely. He grants them the path to forgiveness. A narration tells us:
> "If My servant comes to Me with sins as much as the foam of the ocean, I will forgive him with My mercy."
There was once a man from Bani Israel, a devout worshipper who spent fifty years of his life in deep love for Allah. He worshipped with sincerity and devotion. But eventually, Shaytan deceived him, and he drifted away from his Lord. Another fifty years passed like this.
One day, he looked in the mirror and saw his white hair. A thought struck his heart: "My life is near its end. If I repent now, will Allah accept it?"
Then a voice echoed within his heart:
> "O My servant! When you loved Me, I loved you day and night. Then you forgot Me and walked Shaytan’s path for fifty years. I waited every day for you to return. And now that you have turned back to Me, I forgive all your sins with My mercy and include you in My love."
This story teaches us how deeply Allah loves His servants.
Wherever you are in your life today—whether in youth or old age—leave everything behind and return to your Lord’s mercy. Because He loves you and waits for you.
If you wonder how to return after a life full of sins, then know with certainty that returning to Allah is very easy. His mercy is vast. He is always ready to reform His servant.
If you’re broken, return to your Lord.
If the pain is unbearable, return to your Lord.
He is waiting for you.
Break free from Shaytan’s deception that says, “What will happen now?”
Your Lord is Ar-Rahman, the Most Merciful — and nothing lies beyond His mercy.
May Allah grant us all His love and guide us to the straight path.

✨ 📍 The Virtue of Repentance – A Hadith from the Time of Banu Kalb
A Hadith (paraphrased) states:
> "If a servant commits sins equal to the number of hairs on the goats of the tribe of Banu Kalb, but then sincerely repents, Allah will forgive all his sins through His mercy."
When Shaytan heard this, he climbed to the mountains, crying loudly and wailing:
> "Now I have failed in leading Allah’s servants astray! Even if they sin, they’ll seek forgiveness and be pardoned!"
Then his followers consoled him:
> "Don’t worry. We’ll never let them reach the door of repentance!"

💡 The Example of Ali and Raza – The Power of True Repentance
Imagine two believers: Ali and Raza.
Ali commits sins, feels a little guilt, but never repents or does anything good afterward.
Raza, on the other hand, also commits sins. But then he humbly says:
> "O Allah! You love me and I love You. But I slipped under Shaytan’s whisper. Please forgive me — there is no Lord but You!"
And he follows his repentance with a good deed to please Allah.
Now imagine both committed ten sins.
Ali didn’t repent — all ten sins remain written against him.
Raza repented — his ten sins were erased.
He earned reward for repentance.
He gained multiplied rewards for good deeds.
Raza succeeded, while Ali failed.
Shaytan’s clever trick is to keep us away from repentance. But if we become like Raza — sincere and humble — we can please our Lord and defeat Shaytan.
